The brief for this project was to design a comercially viable EV Charger with an emphasis on sustainability. BMW was chosen as the brand using stylistic elements from their i-series vehicles. Materials and manufacturing processes were selected for their physical properties and sustainability. A report was produced at the end of the project that details the environmental impact of the proposed design.

Sustainability Report

This report is a breakdown of the key decisions that informed the design of the new BMW EV charger, with a heavy focus on sustainability. Included is a life cycle analysis of the product as well as data from software such as the Solidworks Sustainability Module and CES.
